(1). Exhibition space charges:
standard exhibit booth
(domestic exhibitor: RMB8, 000 per booth; overseas exhibitor: US$ 2,500 per booth)
Raw space
(domestic exhibitor: RMB 860 per square meter; overseas exhibitor: US$ 280 per square meter)

(2). Fill in the Space Application Form according to requirements and then render it to the co-organizer. The closing date for registration will be Sep. 15, 2005.

(3). After receiving the Space Application Form, the exhibition co-organizer will stamp officially on the form in order to confirm the application and send Space Application Confirmation to the applicant.

(4). The exhibitor must transfer 50% or all of the space rates into the designated account within seven working days after receiving the Space Application Confirmation so as to put into effect the booth space; otherwise, the organizing committee will retain the power to cancel or change the reserved space.

(5). After the confirmation of space, the co-organizer will deliver to the exhibitor the Exhibitor Brochure, including the relevant information such as exhibit transportation, booth design and assembly, travel and accommodation arrangement, goods renting service, advertisement and visa application, exhibition safety items.
